When is my product going to get shipped out?
All items listed are print-on-demand fulfillment so the exact day of shipment may vary, it can range anywhere from 3-7 days.
My shirt just arrived and it has a vinegar-like smell to it, is this a problem?
This is due to the production process, and rest-assured, the smell will go away after the first wash.
My order has a non-clothing item and a clothing item, will they ship together?
It is likely, that they will be shipped separately.
The print on my Tee is not exactly the same as the photo on the website, why?
Due to many different variables:
- Color variation - Screens display colors differently than fabric prints. Monitor brightness, color profiles, and the printing process (usually DTG - direct-to-garment) can all affect the final result
- Fabric color showing through - Light-colored designs on dark shirts or vice versa may look different than expected
- Image resolution - If your uploaded file was low resolution, it might appear blurry or pixelated when printed
- Design placement/sizing - The graphic might be positioned or scaled differently than shown in the mocku
